National Sales Representative – Polymer Profile Extrusion (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced and driven National Sales Representative with a strong background in polymer profile extrusion to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote role with nationwide territory responsibility and strategic travel expectations.
This position is ideal for a sales professional who understands the technical and commercial aspects of profile extrusion and is ready to drive growth across diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and expand business opportunities across the United States
- Identify, target, and secure new customers in industries utilizing profile extrusion products
- Manage and grow existing accounts while building long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to align customer needs with capabilities
- Provide market insights, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
- Travel as needed to support customer engagement, site visits, and industry events
- Proven sales experience specifically in polymer profile extrusion (required)
Will NOT consider injection molding, films, packaging, blow molding, etc. Profiles only. - Strong understanding of extrusion processes and applications (rigid or flexible profiles)
- Experience selling custom or engineered plastic profiles is highly preferred
- Established industry contacts and ability to develop new business
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to travel nationally as needed
- Nationwide travel to support customer development and account management
- Attendance at four (4) company meetings per year (quarterly)
- Fully remote work environment
