Senior Account Executive

Position: Senior Account Executive Hybrid Role
Elevate your sales career as a Senior Account Executive with WM, focusing on new customer acquisition and relationship management in a hybrid environment. You’ll develop winning strategies to drive revenue growth and minimize cancellations.

In this role, you will be responsible for both closing new sales and maintaining existing customer relationships. Your expertise in business-to-business sales will enable you to achieve aggressive budgeted sales goals. With a solid background in cold calling and prospecting, you will apply your negotiation skills to secure contracts and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and close new business-to-business sales opportunities

• Manage existing accounts to grow billable value

• Develop and implement effective retention strategies

• Maintain key information in the prospect database

• Propose compliant solutions tailored to customer needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 4 years of direct business-to-business sales experience

• Proven background in cold calling and prospecting

• Strong negotiation skills and service mindset

• High level of customer satisfaction management
