The position available is a mentorship program under one of our existing agency owners. Upon graduating the program our candidates are awarded an immediate path to agency ownership.
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
- Be capable of handling customer rejection.
- Must possess/be willing to obtain
Property/Casualty License - Must obtain Life/Health License
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
- Use lead management systems
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing,and lead databases.
