- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or SDR roles
- Hands‑on experience with prospecting and high‑volume outreach campaigns
- Strong focus on activity, pipeline generation, and execution
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in cold outreach (Linked In, email, calls)
- Ability to quickly understand product value propositions
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑activity environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and outreach tools is a plus
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or similar industries is a plus
- Execute high‑volume lead generation and outreach campaigns across Linked In, email, phone, and other channels
- Identify and research potential customers and target segments
- Generate and qualify leads with a focus on pipeline creation
- Maintain consistent daily activity to meet outreach and SQL targets
- Book meetings and demos for the Business Development Manager
- Accurately update CRM (Pipedrive) with lead data and activity
- Track and improve outreach performance (open rates, reply rates, conversions)
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize campaigns and lead quality
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads with clear context and notes
- Accurately communicate product value in early‑stage conversations
