Position: Sales Support Associate Hybrid Role

The role seeks a dedicated individual to support Inside Sales  will assist with quotations, order processing, and engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met. Leveraging your strong communication and organizational skills, you will work closely with various teams to boost sales and foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to build lasting customer relationships

• Prepare and follow up on quotations and orders

• Collaborate with outside sales and internal partners

• Identify and act on potential sales opportunities

• Ensure outstanding customer experiences during interactions

Requirements:

• Relevant college diploma preferred

• Customer service or sales environment experience

• Strong French communication skills;
English is an asset

• Excellent organizational skills for managing priorities

• Familiarity with ERP and CRM applications
