Sales Specialist - RTA Cabinet Store @ Renovation Brands About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist who will engage with qualified leads to guide customers through the design and purchasing process. This role involves connecting with customers via phone, email, video chat, and text to understand their project needs, creating accurate designs using 20/20 kitchen design software, and closing sales to exceed goals. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, sales expertise, and experience with CRM software, with a focus on delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Achievable Total Compensation Range$80,000 - $150,000 annually, reflecting individual sales performance. (Base salary plus uncapped sales commission)
Base Salary$37,440
Schedule40 hours, hourly position eligible for overtime pay. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities- Qualified leads are provided (no cold calling necessary).
- Connect with customers via phone, email, video chat and text to understand their project needs and lead the customer through the design and purchasing process.
- Must be able to sell, close customers, and exceed sales goals.
- Execute a high volume of outbound calls, email, and text to new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed Sales goals and KPI’s.
- Produce quality and accurate designs from customer sketches in 20/20 software.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and follow designer SOP.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Kitchen design software experience in either 20/20, Chief Architect, Kitchen Pro, or Cabinet Vision is required.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Home Improvement experience is a plus.
- High quality communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized, motivated, and a team player.
- Will require a dedicated remote workspace with minimal distractions.
- Reliable internet required.
