We’re looking for Senior Account Executives who thrive in a high‑volume, high‑velocity sales environment and love the thrill of winning fast.
In this role, you’ll be part of a high‑performance SaaS sales team that connects daily with small business owners ready to modernize how they hire and manage their teams. You’ll handle a rapid sales cycle—reaching hundreds of prospects each week, running tight discovery calls, and closing deals that help small businesses save time and run more efficiently.

Key Ways You’ll Contribute and Create Impact in This Role- Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
- Manage a mix of inbound leads and self‑generated outbound opportunities
- Execute a high‑volume prospecting strategy, including 75+ outbound calls daily, while effectively managing inbound demand
- Conduct consultative sales conversations with small business owners and operators
- Partner with SDR teams to maximize conversion and pipeline creation
- Use AI and automation tools to increase productivity, improve outreach effectiveness, and reduce administrative work
- Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and opportunity management
- Act with urgency and a strong bias toward action in a high‑velocity environment
- 3+ years of quota‑carrying SaaS selling experience
- Eager to advance through learning and adapting, you thrive on constructive feedback and are committed to continuous self‑improvement
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales motions
- Proven success in generating pipeline through proactive prospecting
- Comfortable maintaining 75+ outbound dials daily alongside inbound lead management
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong hunter mentality balanced with consultative selling skills
- High energy, resilience, competitiveness, and accountability
- Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve productivity and customer engagement
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, performance‑oriented environment
