** WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE*
* As an Inside Sales Representative working from home, you will:
+ Sell software-integrated payment solutions to mid-market and large corporate businesses. High attention to detail for is the biggest need. The focus is to note accuracy and high attention to detail.
+ Consultative Selling:
You identify and engage with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Leaders to understand their current manual workflows and pitch automation as a strategic tool for growth and control.
+ Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to qualification, closing, and post-sale ramp-up.
+ Agents will explain the request to pay with updated payment method, describe fee, and help the supplier to understand product value.
+ Have research skills to look up multiple data points and funnel information into Excel.
+ Help customers set up the payment system to enable them to receive payments.
+ May run reporting, provide pertinent business insight for meetings, and resolve leads needing more information.
+ Expected dials per day are 40 to 50 estimated of 10 minutes per call.
+ Expected to hit sales quota defined by leadership each month.
+ Have the ability to de-escalate situations and tough conversations around product offerings/pricing.
+ Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile.

+ A high school diploma and/or GED.

+ Providing a white glove customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building and consultative probing.
+ Excellent verbal and written skills.
+ Ability to influence decisions around change.

+ Proficient multitasking and system navigation.
+ Creative problem solver.
+ Demonstrate resiliency in a fast-paced metrics driven environment.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office with Proficiency in Excel.
+ Operate in a heavily regulated environment.

+ Ability to overcome objections.
+ Sales experience 1+ years (preferred).
+ Financial/credit card processing experience.
+ Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
