Rippling is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our outbound SDR team. In this remote role, you'll be the first contact for prospects, converting leads into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.
The position requires strong cold calling skills and the ability to engage decision-makers effectively. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and enjoy outbound sales, we want to meet you.
Compensation includes a base salary of $55k-$65k with a potential OTE of $100k.
