The Sales Planning & Performance team focuses on making Auto1's sales approach strategic, data-driven, and deliberate. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to creating the best value proposition for our dealers by implementing standardized processes and sharing best practices across our sales organization.

• Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets.
• Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis.
• Own sales forecasting and reporting end‑to‑end:
  Targets, dealers, toolsand clear accountability for results.
• Deliver concise, decision‑ready insights to stakeholders. Escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast.
• Apply your experience to mentor team member sand support projects.
• Work cross‑functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing).

• Working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations or in a dynamic, fast‑paced international scale‑up environment.
• SQL knowledge, experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets, CRM experience is a plus.
• Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English, other EU languages are a plus.
