At CEDX Systems we build AI workflow automation for the world’s most demanding professional services teams. As a outbound phone sdr (native english) on our sales team, you’ll own meaningful outcomes from day one in a small, high-output team.

• Make 60-100 outbound calls per day to a list of qualified leads we provide
• Open the conversation in clear, native-level English - accent and tone matter
• Qualify the lead in the first 90 seconds (problem fit, authority, urgency)
• Convince the prospect to book a 30-min Zoom demo with a Sales Closer
• Log every call outcome in our CRM the same hour - no end-of-day catch-up
• Hit a weekly target of qualified Zoom meetings booked

• Native-level English speaker (US, UK, Canadian, Australian, or Irish accent)
• 1+ year of phone-based outbound work (cold-calling, telesales, recruiting, etc.) or strong customer-facing experience
• Comfortable on the phone - you don’t shy away from a cold open
• Reliable laptop, quiet workspace, stable internet (15 Mbps min), good headset
• Disciplined CRM hygiene and a thick skin for rejection
• Authorized to work in the role’s country (we don’t sponsor for this role)
