Inside Sales Representative (B2B Outbound): 100% work-at-home or option to work onsite in Neenah, WI or hybrid
Join the Inside Sales team at J. J. Keller. As an Inside Sales representative, you'll be responsible for prospecting, managing, and closing new business. This role owns the entire sales process—from initial outreach and discovery through solution presentation, negotiation, and close—while building long-term customer relationships that drive revenue.

We provide SaaS safety management tools, transportation technology, publications, supplies, training resources, consulting, and outsourced managed services that help businesses protect people and stay compliant. prospecting
, consultative selling and closing new business, while helping customers stay safe and compliant.
- Make outbound prospecting calls into new and existing B2B accounts
- Meet daily productivity goals including call attempts and talk-time metrics
- Conduct consultative discovery calls and provide product and solution overviews
- Close new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Build customer relationships through consistent follow‑up
- Build and manage pipeline activity in CRM
- 1+ year inside sales or B2B sales experience
- High comfort with outbound calling and prospecting
- Ability to turn prospects into relationships through persistence and value
High aptitude for learning new systems and technology - High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred
- $60,000–$70,000 estimated first‑year earnings
- (hourly base + monthly incentives)
- Work remote (home office)
or in‑office (Neenah, WI) - 401(k) with company match
- Quarterly & annual profit sharing
