This role presents a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on communities by addressing one of the world's most pressing issuesfinancial illiteracy. This position is a part-time, sales-oriented business development role focused on the outbound acquisition of new customers for family-oriented services and products. As a Family Focused Consultant, you will own the full sales cycle within an assigned territory or segment, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing. Your primary focus is to initiate first contact with target prospects and convert these contacts into booked revenue or contracted engagements.

This position offers the convenience of 100% remote work, providing you with the flexibility to shape your own schedule. We furnish all the online tools and in-house training necessary for success, meaning no prior financial expertise is necessary. We look for candidates with a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, integrity, perseverance, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Customer service, leadership, and management backgrounds are preferred.
• Must pass a background check.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and U.S. citizens.
• Training and coaching are included, with personally customized scheduling.
• Financial skills or knowledge are not required.
• Must be entrepreneurially-minded and self-motivated with a passion for helping people.
• Backgrounds in education, coaching, military service, or as elite athletes are advantageous but not required.

Compensation for this position is scalable based on individual career goals, with an annual range between $65,000 and $85,000. Advancement is based on merit and personalized career objectives. Our system provides both group and individual training, ensuring all professionals have access to necessary resources to succeed.
