Registered Retirement Representative

Answer incoming telephone inquiries regarding retirement plans from participants, employers, and third‑party plan specialists.

• Answer incoming telephone inquiries, including general account information, contribution and withdrawal concerns, account changes, product information, and tax questions.
• Process financial transactions upon the request of callers.
• Explain past returns in comparison to the economic environment in accordance with FINRA/SEC guidelines.
• Assist participants through the navigation of the automated voice response system and the website when executing financial transactions or initiating loans.
• Run disbursement quotes and respond to managerial feedback.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Overtime may be required based on business need.

• Associate degree in business or a related field preferred.
• If no degree, an additional one to two years of directly related experience is required.
• One year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial service‑related field.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time, including CPT/OPT.

Base Salary Range: $43,600.00 – $60,025.00. Non‑sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

For remote and hybrid positions you will be required to provide reliable high‑speed internet with a wired connection as well as a place in your home to work with limited disruption. Reliable connectivity from an internet service provider that is fiber, cable or DSL must be maintained. Other required computer equipment will be provided. Self‑mandated office work may be required if the home work environment or internet connection is inadequate.
