• Connect with potential clients by phone, email, and in person to offer auto, home, condo, and renters insurance.
• Use provided leads (fresh, daily, and paid for by the agency) to build the book of business.
• Provide personalized quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals.

• Base salary + uncapped commissions (average first-year income: $35,000–$75,000; top performers $100,000+).
• Fresh, qualified leads provided daily—no cold prospecting list building.
• Paid training and ongoing mentorship.
