Job Overview

The role is a full‑time Insurance Sales Agent based in Norman, OK, selling a range of personal, small commercial, and life insurance products to AAA members across multiple carriers. Agents are expected to build a book of business, secure renewals, and generate new leads through community engagement.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Offer a comprehensive portfolio of personal lines, small commercial, and life insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong community relationships to generate additional leads and referrals.
• Collaborate with insurance company representatives and underwriters.

• Base salary: $45,000 per year (adjustable by experience and location).
• Uncapped commission: forecasted earnings of $55,000–$70,000 in the first year.
• Top performers qualify for exclusive annual sales trips and additional incentives.
• Commission begins with the first policy sold; no baseline requirement for eligibility.

• Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience with proven metrics.
• Must reside within commuting distance of the Norman, OK office.
• Networking and prospecting skills to generate own leads.
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license and a Life license within 60 days of hire.
• Proficiency with new computer programs and multi‑tasking.
