Territory Business Manager, Dermatology- Kansas East

Responsibilities

• Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
• Develop outstanding disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote the company's dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
• Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while ensuring all legal and compliance regulations are met.
• Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
• Utilize effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
• Sell in a changing health care environment, using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to understand the environment and gain access to customers.
• Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
• Utilize patient-focused clinical dialogue to engage every member of a healthcare office and deliver outstanding customer service through total account management.
• Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
• Represent the company in a professional, ethical and compliant manner at all times.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role, with preference for experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning.
• High sense of urgency, especially regarding customer service orientation.
• Ability to travel as required by the specific territory.
• Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance‑based, fast‑paced, and results‑oriented culture.
• Must be located in the Kansas City Area.

• Annualized salary range (U.S.): $85,000 – $144,100.
• Benefits include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation and holiday time, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage).
• 50% flexible work arrangements: remote work possible.
• Travel requirements included; candidates must be able to meet travel and credentialing requirements.
