Strategic Account Manager – South‑Central Territory
Our Curtiss‑Wright Nuclear Division is hiring a Strategic Account Manager for the South‑Central territory, covering nuclear power plants, utility corporate offices, and A&Es involved in nuclear power plant projects.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for Curtiss‑Wright within the territory, managing relationships with senior executives, engineers, maintenance, supply chain, and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Product Managers across multiple business units to develop and execute tailored account strategies that align with the company’s long‑term objectives.
- Maximize account value through cross‑selling, upselling, and renewals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
- Proactively address any concerns and assess the client’s evolving needs to provide appropriate solutions.
- Travel 3–4 days per week within the geographic territory (approximately 60%–70% of the time).
Remote work is available; residence is required in either the Nashville, Baton Rouge, Houston, or Dallas areas.
- Ability to gain unescorted nuclear power plant access.
- Experience in business development or sales related to the power generation industry.
- Knowledge of nuclear power plant design, operation, regulation, and maintenance practices.
- Knowledge of I&C systems, outage services, and process equipment (e.g., valves, actuators, motors, HVAC, tensioning systems).
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Preferred degree in an engineering discipline.
- Salary range: $100,000 – $140,000 annually, plus bonus.
