Account Manager, Professional Audio
Sonos is looking for an experienced Account Manager, Professional Audio, to identify, develop, and support new business opportunities for specialized audio solutions in the residential and light commercial markets across Latin America and Mexico.
Location & Remote WorkThis role can be performed from home or any Sonos office across the United States. Remote work is encouraged; location is less important than impact.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and light commercial audio markets. - Technical Sales Support:
Provide expert technical and sales assistance to dealers, particularly for large-scale projects. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate strategic partnerships with distributors and custom installation dealers. - Training:
Deliver comprehensive technical training sessions to distributors and dealers, covering product innovations, audio principles, and advanced audio solutions. - Marketing & Sales
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns highlighting the company's technical capabilities and unique value proposition. - Industry Events:
Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry gatherings to enhance brand recognition and generate prospective leads. - Forecast Guidance:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of partner businesses to provide market insights and contribute to precise sales forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience selling consumer electronics through distributors and dealers in Latin America, with a particular focus on Mexico.
- Strong understanding of professional audio sales channels, including distributors, dealers, and systems integrators.
- Excellent relationship’building skills and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self’motivated and adaptable to change.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.

Compensation & BenefitsBase pay range for this role based on geographic location is: $114,000 – $142,900
. The specific offer will depend on location, qualifications, and experience. Employees in high‑cost locations may receive compensation toward the upper end of the range.
