Altra - Sales Representative - Southeast Region

Job Summary

Sales Representative covering Georgia and parts of South Carolina and Florida for Altra. The role reports to the Sales Manager, East and works closely with Field Service Representatives, specialty retail accounts and cross-functional Altra teams to execute sales strategies, manage account relationships and grow wholesale business.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, seasonal and annual revenue targets for run and outdoor specialty and Better Footwear channels in the specified territory.
• Maintain current account relationships, secure seasonal and one-time orders and develop new accounts within the strategic sales plan.
• Adhere to strategic distribution guidelines set by Altra sales management.
• Order procurement through face-to-face and virtual processes using Altra/VF technology.
• Manage wholesale product flow to maximize sales revenue while remaining within distribution guidelines.
• Build annual education programs, local activation calendars and seasonal sales plans collaboratively with Field Service Representatives.
• Use consumer, market share and POS data to sustain and grow retail business and proactively address issues and opportunities.

• 3+ years of field sales, product, marketing or retail experience.
• Proven ability to execute winning sales strategies and deliver results.
• Experience managing multiple integrated projects on a seasonal basis.
• Quantified results exceeding targets and expectations.
• Excellent organizational, process and presentation skills (virtual and in-person).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, One Note, Outlook).
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.
• Reliable transportation.
• Remote work eligible; preferred to reside in Georgia (or Atlanta) for better client service.

Base salary: $72,000.00 – $90,000.00 USD annually. Incentive potential includes an annual incentive plan, sales incentive and commission.
