About the Role- Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
- Match customer pain points and requirements to proposed solutions, establishing trust throughout the sales cycle.
- Engage at multiple levels of the technology stack, including hardware deployment, SaaS dashboard setup, and custom reporting via our API.
- Mentor other Sales Engineers and contribute to a high‑performance culture that values inclusion, growth, and teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 4+ years of technical software sales experience in enterprise settings.
- Deep understanding of security, cloud software, automation, networking, and control systems.
- Hands‑on problem‑solving skills for electrical and mechanical systems in maintenance or shop environments.
- Experience as a solution architect, navigating complex customer deployments.
- Strong customer advocacy, business acumen, and ability to build financial models.
- Project leadership experience in collaborative environments.
- Experience with APIs and scripting languages such as Python.
- Knowledge sharing and technical enablement across teams.
- Familiarity with Big Data tools like Databricks, Spark, and Delta Lake.
- Industry knowledge in routing, navigation, commercial trucking fleets, and logistics.
- Ability to collaborate across North American and European time zones.
- Multilingual fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
