In the existing customer service of the private health insurance at our location in Cologne you will answer written and telephone inquiries about private health insurance!
What you can expect
- You process written and telephone customer inquiries and change requests in private health insurance independently and with high quality.
- You are responsible for processing application and existing customer processes, always with a focus on quality and productivity in customer service.
- You communicate in a respectful and excellent way in word and writing with our customers, sales partners, branches and third parties.
- You make independent professional decisions, always taking into account customer needs, legal requirements and economic aspects.
- You identify and assess insurance medical risks competently.
- You receive comprehensive and structured training that is optimally aligned with our professional requirements and internal processes.
- After successful training you have the opportunity to participate in projects and special tasks – we give you freedom and support to bring in your own ideas.
What you bring with you
- Education:
You have completed training as a insurance and finance salesman (m/f/d) or can provide several years of experience as a customer service employee in the private health insurance sector. - Service orientation:
You maintain a always friendly, sales and service-oriented approach with customers and sales partners. - Initiative and engagement:
You work efficiently, service and solution-oriented. You are resilient and flexible in dealing with customer inquiries, especially with seasonally related fluctuations. - Team capability:
You like to work cooperatively with others, fit in well in teams and actively contribute with your own ideas. - Digital competence:
You work confidently with MS Office products, especially with Outlook and Teams.
