Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time options available
Compensation: Performance-based commission with bonus opportunities (earnings vary by individual performance)

Communicate with clients via phone, Zoom, email, and digital platforms
Provide information regarding benefit options and eligibility
Maintain accurate electronic records
Follow established systems and compliance standards
Meet performance expectations after completing training
18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (required; guidance provided)
Strong communication skills
Organized, reliable, and coachable
