Fitness Sales Specialist (Appointment Setting & Membership Sales)

This is not a "stand behind the desk and wait" role. We're looking for a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist who thrives on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, responsible for driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program. Benefits include a base hourly rate plus bonus incentives with potential on target earnings of ~35k-50k. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leads, setting appointments for free trials, consultations, and workouts, responding quickly to inbound inquiries, guiding prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership, recommending the right training program based on individual goals, maintaining accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM, and consistently hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

We're looking for someone with 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, membership sales, or similar), comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up, strong communication skills and confidence on the phone, organized and disciplined with lead management, high energy, competitive, and goal-oriented, and customer service experience (fitness industry a plus, not required).
