iCapital is looking to hire an Associate / Assistant Vice President to join the Distribution team’s Midwest U.S. region. This high-performing leader will oversee all aspects of wholesaling investment products to registered representatives. Reporting into the Managing Director, this role will work amongst a talented team of professionals who are making an impact  are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands on, and able to manage multiple clients while developing new relationships.

• Leverage a consultative sales process to acquire new relationships, expand existing client relationships, and service existing clients.
• Educate advisors on the merits of structured investments as part of client portfolios.
• Continue to self-educate and be able to discuss our 200+ monthly offerings.
• Work in close partnership with home offices and issuer partners on new offerings.
• Analyze regional and product sales trends within participating broker‑dealer firms and among individual Financial Advisors.
• Onboard new clients to iCapital’s best‑in‑class network to support business growth.
• Utilize contact management system to capture information and schedule follow‑up activities.

• 5+ years of experience working within the investment industry in a client facing capacity (e.g., external wholesaler, internal wholesaler, relationship manager, product specialist).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment and follow a rigorous sales process.
• Able to sell and provide support for a diverse platform of structured investments and other Defined Outcome offerings.
• Experience covering large independent broker‑dealers such as Ameriprise is preferred.

The base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full‑time employees. This role is eligible to receive commission.
