As the first dedicated Account Executive for Sadie, based in Montreal, you’ll build from the ground up in a fast-growing segment. This includes navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments and executing deals that impact organizational change. Your strategic insights will directly influence customer experiences using voice AI technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and prospect large enterprise accounts effectively
• Create and manage outreach strategies and partnerships
• Execute complete sales cycles, from discovery to contract
• Navigate complex organizational structures and stakeholder needs
• Act as a strategic partner for account growth post-closure
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in B2B enterprise sales, particularly in larger contracts
• Knowledge of voice AI or CX automation is highly valued
• Founding enterprise sales experience preferred
• Strong CRM usage and management skills
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is beneficial
