What You’ll Do
  • Drive outbound prospecting across strategic accounts using calls, email, Linked In, and targeted campaigns
  • Identify, research, and engage key decision‑makers within Strategic and Enterprise organizations
  • Partner closely with Strategic Account Executives to execute tailored account-based strategies and develop territories
  • Qualify inbound and marketing‑generated leads, converting them into high‑quality sales opportunities
  • Clearly articulate the value of Genesys Cloud and CX solutions aligned to customer challenges and business outcomes
  • Consistently generate qualified pipeline aligned with regional revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting in Salesforce
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration and conversion rates
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales role within SaaS, CX, cloud, or technology environments
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Comfortable engaging mid‑senior‑C‑level stakeholders in complex organizations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Linked In Sales Navigator, and modern sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Incredible business acumen

Compensation

$54,700.00 - $96,300.00 (market‑competitive salary; actual salaries may vary depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location; role may also be eligible for commission or performance‑based bonus opportunities.)
