Clinical Liaison LVN

Seeking an experienced, Sales focused LVN to promote and nurture Business Development & Outreach for 10 Assisted Living and Memory Care communities within the Dallas/FT Worth area.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

• Promote Brookdale by creating partnerships in the market that result in non‑paid referrals.
• Provide strategy, support and vision to the District Director of Sales in a specified Market Area to achieve sales and occupancy goals.
• Create a Strategic Business Plan and engage in business‑development activities and events for the Market Area.
• Schedule networking meetings regularly to meet or exceed established MBOs.
• Partner with Brookdale Home Health, Hospice and Skilled Nursing to network and collaborate on events.
• Visit local hospitals weekly and meet residents as directed by the District Director of Sales.
• Visit competitors quarterly; create and update competitive analyses; serve as the main contact for competitive issues.
• Utilize all communities for networking meetings and events (rotating throughout communities); act as resource for speakers, programs, partnerships, and referral contact information.
• Create and maintain a special events calendar in My Marketing Plan in Big Tin Can ; develop and organize Market Area events; promote events.
• Order collateral promoting all communities through Big Tin Can .
• Use the Optimum Life CE prerecorded and live programs on a monthly basis.
• Use Brookdale’s LEG programs to plan events, present programs, and partner with companies.
• Communicate new leads to the sales staff.
• Communicate regularly to all community A teams; provide information on pricing, terms, policy and marketing strategy.
• Update the Director of Sales and Marketing and all Executive Directors on all business‑development activities weekly.
• Participate in a bi‑monthly call for all BDDs and BDCs.
• Utilize the “Center of Excellence” at the home office for programming, information and training resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field and a minimum of three to five years sales experience in a related industry; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of two years of sales and marketing management experience.
• Reliable car transportation with insurance and a valid driver’s license; home office required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and related computer applications.
• Effective organizational skills and the ability to solve moderately complex problems.
