Job Summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. The role involves cold calling, prospecting in a designated territory, conducting needs assessments, and building client relationships across various industries.

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model.
• Promote Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.

• Base salary: $63,000 per year.
• Uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
• Year 1 on‑target earnings around $100,000.
• Year 2 on‑target earnings ranging from $105,000 to $125,000.
• Expense allowance, mileage reimbursement.
