Job Overview

Outside Sales Representative n uncapped commissions while receiving a base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Base salary: $65,000
Uncapped commissions and variable allowances produce an expected first‑year total of approximately $70K+. Earnings can reach $110K–$120K in Year 1 and $120K–$140K+ in Year 2.

• Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,500/year
• Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year

• Sell Hibu’s digital marketing solutions using a partnership selling model, including websites, search ads, display ads, review & reputation management, social ads, and SEO.
• Conduct cold calls, prospect within a designated territory, set appointments, and perform strong needs assessments.
• Grow a book of business, retain clients through account management, and earn residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects.
• Build and nurture client relationships across diverse industries.
