Territory Sales Representative - Los Angeles

A leading manufacturer in the commercial construction industry is seeking an individual for a Territory Sales Representative position. 50-60% travel requirement from your home based office covering the Southern California area. Qualified individuals will be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work independently, with 1-2 years of outside business to business sales experience a plus. This position is full-time with a base, plus commission with residual commissions, sales incentives, company vehicle, and benefits.

Education requirement:
Two year degree

• Provide reports to include sales calls, monthly projects reports and sales forecasts.
• Required input and use of CRM for contacts and project management
• Develop and implement semi annual strategic sales plan to accommodate corporate goals.
• Meet quotas for conducting meetings, delivering presentations, and writing specifications with owners, engineers and architects.
• Develop relationships with key customers and companies involved in design, building and construction - from distributors to contractors.
• Review market to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rates.
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product.
• Deliver sales presentations to key clients.
• Coordinate and conduct customer training
• Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Continuous search for new products and markets.
