Closet & Organization Designer; Sales + Design

Closet Factory is expanding in the Columbus market, and we’re looking for motivated, design‑driven professionals to join our growing team.

With more than 40 years as a nationally recognized leader in custom storage and home organization, Closet Factory designs and installs premium custom closets, garages, home offices, pantries, laundry rooms, wall beds, and more.

This is a sales‑driven design role that combines creativity, relationship‑building, and high earning potential. You’ll work directly with homeowners to design custom storage solutions while guiding projects from concept to completion.

• Meet with homeowners, builders, and interior designers to understand project goals and storage needs
• Design custom storage solutions that balance functionality and aesthetics
• Present designs, refine concepts, and close projects

• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain consistent activity
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Sales‑driven with strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Passionate about design, organization, and functional living spaces
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
• Experience in sales, design, home improvement, or related industries preferred
• Comfortable generating your own opportunities and building a book of business
• Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar platforms is a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
