- Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align customer goals with product capabilities and drive long‑term success.
- Educate and consult customers on how our solutions directly impact business performance, efficiency, and growth.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored solution recommendations, effectively guiding prospects through the sales cycle to close new business.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly recurring revenue targets through strong pipeline management and value‑driven selling.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach efforts including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, lead sourcing, and networking.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and deal tracking within Salesforce CRM.
- At least 2 years of proven success as a sales representative.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to act independently, multi‑task, and handle prospective clients and issues simultaneously.
- Experience driving a sales pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience selling within the field service or T&L industries is a plus.
- This is an inside sales role.
