In this role, you’ll maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. You’ll conduct both virtual and on‑site presentations with employers to showcase the value of Aflac, educate employees on available benefits packages, and support enrollment needs. You’ll also provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support, while staying engaged through team meetings and training.

• Life/Health insurance license (or willingness to quickly obtain one) and proven industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset.
• Minimum age 18, able to pass a criminal background check, and authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Experience from any of the following backgrounds welcomed: leadership experience, healthcare, teaching, ministry, military, public service, logistics/dispatch, call center or telemarketing.
