Year 1 total on-target earnings around $90,000 with potential for more through uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and full benefits. Year 2 total on-target earnings ranging from $104,000–$122,000 with potential for more through uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and full benefits.

Hibu provides a hybrid sales environment (home office and in-field work), a comprehensive benefits package (health, vision, and dental), a recognition program including an annual President’s Club Trip, and a clear career path in both leadership and sales with strong promotion potential. We offer 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of field training with ongoing company support. • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model, including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries and stay engaged in daily activities
