Strategic Account Executive
As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing a category-defining software product to the Med Tech market. You will lead efforts to identify and close strategic opportunities at major accounts, accelerating professional growth while working alongside a team of exceptionally smart, driven, and passionate individuals.
Team MissionWe are building a best-in-class Commercial Team and establishing a repeatable go-to-market motion. Our Commercial Team takes a proactive, consultative, and high-touch approach with customers, investing heavily in pre-sales through onboarding and training to ensure success from Day 1.
Responsibilities- Identify, negotiate, and close opportunities at both existing accounts and new Med Tech enterprises.
- Establish a vision and plan to guide long-term pipeline generation with Fortune 500 accounts.
- Develop and execute consultative/solution sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities, and deliver repeatable bookings.
- Lead enterprise sales motion through discovery calls, customizing demos, leading value‑engineering/ROI conversations, and running consultative sales presentations.
- Effectively sell the value of AcuityMD to key stakeholders, navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to achieve sales objectives and deliver product feedback.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual ARR targets and new‑logo growth goals.
- Build effective partnerships with AcuityMD colleagues (Customer Success, Consulting, Product, etc.) with humility and enthusiasm.
- 5+ years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS or Medical Device products.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time for quarterly business reviews, industry events, and onsite customer visits.
- Proven track record of hitting and/or exceeding a competitive quota.
- Proactive, gritty, and self‑motivated with infectious energy and resiliency.
- Exceptional communicator (verbal and written) who prioritizes a successful sales process.
- Excellent at navigating large, complex enterprises to identify and engage key decision‑makers.
- Strong connection and empathy with Medical Device executive teams and commercial leaders.
- Consistently exceeded sales and related account targets.
- Experience selling to the Medical Device or Life Sciences industries.
- Network of Medical Device executives and commercial contacts.
You must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered for this position.
