Position ObjectiveGrow sales of the Titan product line through corporate, store, and contractor sales calls. Prospect new customers in niche segments to expand the product offering. Provide equipment knowledge, training, and troubleshooting support for contractors and store personnel.
Responsibilities- Apply applicable knowledge of all equipment sold by Titan
- Travel (occasional overnight) throughout assigned territory to call on established and prospective distribution and contractors
- Display or demonstrate product verbally and hands‑on to emphasize saleable features and benefits
- Quote prices and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained
- Estimate delivery date to customer based on own firm’s production and delivery schedules
- Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts
- Prepare forecasting reports for designated territory
- Build relationships with top contractors in each market
- Manage carstock inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Works with sales peers and Titan support team in the performance of their duties.

QualificationsEducation and Experience
High school diploma or GED, and a minimum of two years of field sales experience is required, preferably in the related industry; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience as determined by the hiring manager and Human Resources.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Excellent communication skills; ability to speak effectively before groups of customers;
Spanish speaking preferred. - Strong understanding of sales profit and loss concepts; ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while being self‑motivated and a good team builder.
- Entrepreneurial and self‑starter mentality.
Work is performed in a home office or field setting. Employees are regularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle or feel. Employees occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
