We are seeking a highly accomplished Sales Manager for semiconductor services business development in the U.S., preferably based in California or Texas.
The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of proven experience in selling semiconductor services, EDA solutions, or IP portfolios, along with a strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, good networking, and the ability to act as a rainmaker—quickly identifying, engaging, and winning new accounts.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and establishing long‑term partnerships.
You Will:- Coordinate and grow semiconductor sales
- Identify and qualify new opportunities and customers
- Develop and nurture relationships with Engineering and Procurement teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create customer proposals
- Maintain accurate sales opportunity reporting through
- Contribute to a growing and ambitious business
- Sales or Business Development experience in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry, preferably within engineering services, ASIC, IP, or EDA domains
- A proven track record of delivering growth in an engineering services environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong energy, drive, and a desire to make a meaningful impact
- Experience communicating with design engineers
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration
- Ability to work remotely with travel throughout the USA
- 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent
