Managing the sales team: recruitment, training, motivation, and monitoring of sales plans.
Negotiating and concluding major contracts with key customers and partners.
Analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs to improve the product range.
Developing and controlling the sales department budget.
Ensuring a high level of customer service and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Reporting on key performance indicators and achievement of targets.
Requirements:
Higher education in business, marketing, or relevant technical specialization.
At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales position.
Successful track record of managing a sales team and achieving high performance.
Strategic thinking and planning skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
