Position: Attorney - Business Development / Sales

Overview

Fortune 500 seeks attorneys (JDs) for a dynamic, client‑facing role in real estate sales. The position is a relationship‑driven role that leverages legal expertise. No prior sales experience is required; training is provided.

Job Details

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (base salary plus commissions). Position based in North and Central Florida.

Core Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with real estate professionals, financial advisors, attorneys, and potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities within the commercial real estate market.
  • Deliver educational presentations to brokers, attorneys, accountants, and investors.
  • Demonstrate strong public speaking abilities for diverse audience sizes.
  • Build strategic partnerships through active participation in industry events and professional organizations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of service offerings and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement growth strategies.
  • Analyze market opportunities to expand service reach and develop new partnerships.
  • Leverage interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience.
  • Active attorney license.
  • Proven presentation and communication capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct professional training sessions.
  • Self‑motivated with strong independent work ethic.
  • Knowledge of real estate preferred.
  • Results‑oriented with proven sales aptitude.
Work Arrangement

Remote or work‑from‑home position after initial training; majority of time spent meeting clients and prospects throughout North and Central Florida. Role requires frequent in‑person meetings in the territory (Tampa/Orlando).
