Job DetailsCompensation: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (base salary plus commissions). Position based in North and Central Florida.
Core Responsibilities- Cultivate and expand relationships with real estate professionals, financial advisors, attorneys, and potential clients.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within the commercial real estate market.
- Deliver educational presentations to brokers, attorneys, accountants, and investors.
- Demonstrate strong public speaking abilities for diverse audience sizes.
- Build strategic partnerships through active participation in industry events and professional organizations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of service offerings and competitive landscape.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Analyze market opportunities to expand service reach and develop new partnerships.
- Leverage interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- 3+ years of work experience.
- Active attorney license.
- Proven presentation and communication capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct professional training sessions.
- Self‑motivated with strong independent work ethic.
- Knowledge of real estate preferred.
- Results‑oriented with proven sales aptitude.
Remote or work‑from‑home position after initial training; majority of time spent meeting clients and prospects throughout North and Central Florida. Role requires frequent in‑person meetings in the territory (Tampa/Orlando).
