Overview

The Account Manager position based in Texas focuses on building long-term client relationships through a deep understanding of business needs. This role drives growth initiatives while managing key relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the IT/Tech industry.

Key responsibilities
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and presenting organizational capabilities to potential clients.
  • Creating Account Plans and reporting on growth results on a regular basis.
  • Conducting market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.
  • Proactively seeking new opportunities through client referrals and networking.
  • Bringing new business leads to increase revenue, negotiating and closing deals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to achieve better results.
Requirements
  • Sales

    Experience:

    Background in sales or client management positions within the IT/Tech Industry.
  • Relationship Management:
    Experience in customer relationship management with proven ability to close deals and develop client partnerships.
  • Location:

    Must be based in Texas.
