- Lead and manage the sales process within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposal strategies that meet customer requirements
- Drive sales pipeline development by actively prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
- Develop and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations to articulate the value proposition and technical advantages
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
- Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
- Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, and renewable energy developers
- Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
- Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, modular buildings, or integrated solutions
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, including presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities
