Position OverviewWe are seeking a Leasing Associate to support leasing activity, engage prospective residents, and manage the leasing process from outreach through execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in aviation and real estate.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage prospective tenants; manage inbound inquiries.
- Pipeline Management: Track and advance leads in Hub Spot CRM.
- Tour Coordination: Schedule and conduct facility tours, clearly communicating value.
- Lease Support: Assist with proposals, LOIs, and lease documentation.
- Market Research: Collect competitive data and support targeting efforts.
- Collaboration: Partner with Leasing, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Strong communicator able to build relationships with principals, pilots, and aviation managers.
- Competitive and motivated by individual and team success.
- Interested in aviation, real estate, and high‑end service.
- Proficient in CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel frequently (50%+) and operate in‑market.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Real Estate, Business, Finance, Aviation, or related preferred).
- 2+ years of leasing, sales, or real estate experience preferred.
- Aviation background (military or civilian) a plus.
- High drive, ownership mentality, and bias toward action.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Organized, analytical, and team‑oriented.
- Commitment to quality, service, and operational excellence.

$85,000 – $125,000 base, plus performance‑based bonus. Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and location. State‑specific pay requirements will be applied where applicable.
