About The Role

Part‑time role inside Costco & Lowe’s with hourly pay + bonuses — no sales closing required.

• Part‑time (6‑24 hrs/week)
• $20/hr + bonuses (top reps earn $25‑$40/hr+)
• Work inside Costco & Lowe’s

• Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, natural way
• Start conversations about home organization and storage solutions
• Offer free in‑home design consultations
• Collect customer information to schedule appointments
• Represent Closet Factory with professionalism and energy
• Occasionally assist at home shows and local events

• Work inside major retail stores (Costco & Lowe’s)
• No cold calling or door‑to‑door sales
• Flexible, part‑time schedule

• $20/hr base pay + performance bonuses
• Top performers earn $25‑$40/hr+
