What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and manage the sales process for Engineered Building Systems (EBS) across Commercial and Industrial segments
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial strategies with execution capabilities
  • Develop and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations and proposals
  • Maintain market awareness and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience with Industrial power generation and management, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Experience in developing technical solutions and proposals
