Job Description

City Wide Facility Solutions – a leading provider of facility solutions to commercial properties – is hiring a Sales Associate – Hybrid for the Chicago Southland & Northwest Indiana region.

Compensation & OTE
  • Base salary: $40,000 per year.
  • Weekly Activity Bonus: Billed per week when you meet all activity targets: 250+ outbound dials, 250+ follow‑up touches, accurate CRM entries, and proper cadence usage.
  • Qualified Appointment Bonus: Paid per qualified sales‑ready appointment that meets all criteria.
  • Closed‑Won Commission: 1.5%‑3% of the annualized contract value for accounts that originated from your appointments once the client signs and pays the first month.
  • Promotion Path: At month 13, review for promotion to Sales Executive based on 6 consecutive months of activity/appointment quotas, >3 closed‑won accounts per month, and strong qualified‑meeting ratio. New OTE >$100K.
Responsibilities (First 12‑18 Months)
  • Make 50+ outbound calls and 25+ follow‑ups per day to targeted commercial accounts.
  • Run multi‑touch cadences (phone, email, Linked In) on defined prospect lists.
  • Identify decision‑makers, uncover facility needs, and book high‑value sales‑ready appointments.
  • Partner closely with a senior Sales Executive who will conduct discovery, proposals, and close meetings you generate.
Work Structure

Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in the Frankfort, IL office and 2 days working from home.

In‑office: power hours for outbound calls, coaching, and collaboration with senior Sales Executives.

Remote: focused prospecting blocks, multi‑touch follow‑up (≥8 touches per prospect), and pipeline organization in CRM.

Qualifications
  • Recent graduate or early‑career B2B sales rep, call‑center, or collections professional.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or SDR/BDR experience with a history of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline goals.
  • Comfortable making 50+ new outbound calls per day, handling rejection, and maintaining discipline.
  • Strong phone, email and CRM communication skills, with experience in MS Dynamics 365 or similar.
  • Competitive, coachable, and organized mindset capable of thriving in a high‑activity environment.
