Be the co-pilot of our large client accounts.
Mission:
In close collaboration with the Commercial Director, your mission will consist of:
- Ensuring excellent follow-up of large client accounts
- Ensuring the follow-up of account plans as defined
- Preparing regular reviews and points with our clients
- Establishing a trusting relationship with our large client accounts by helping them maximize their performance by proposing products or services in line with their challenges.
- Developing the activity of our clients with services and subsidiaries, in France and internationally
Principal tasks:
- Preparing and organizing performance review agendas and client points in accordance with account plans
- Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing account performance indicators
- Proposing areas for improvement and participating in their implementation
- Mastering the organization, needs of our large account clients
- Knowing key contacts and ensuring the good update of relational information in our tools
- Anticipating the needs and actions necessary to support accounts
- Preparing account renewals and participating in negotiations
- Identifying opportunities for performance development

Profile sought
Required skills:
- You have a good knowledge of platforms/marketplaces for business services (B2B)
- You have experience in project management and master sales cycles
- You master the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, pack office in general
- You master the use of a client CRM tool

Fluent English
First experience in a company in the same position.
Knowledge of the world of events in a broad sense (restaurants, caterers, hotels, agencies…) a plus
