We're looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Client Success Trainees. This remote, 1099 independent contractor position offers performance-based pay with unlimited earning potential. You'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to help clients succeed—no previous sales or insurance experience required.

• Work with warm leads who have requested information about our services
• Conduct virtual or phone consultations to learn about client needs
• Recommend tailored solutions and explain their benefits
• Guide clients through the application process
• Maintain client records and track progress in our CRM
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
