Business Development Representative (BDR) – IT Focus

We are hiring a BDR focused on IT departments to drive a high‑quality pipeline for Syncro, a unified and secure IT management platform.

Responsibilities
  • Own outbound execution across target accounts, turning strategic outreach into real conversations, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Generate qualified meetings that turn into pipeline and revenue with small and mid‑sized businesses.
  • Target accounts, identify the right IT personas and buying groups, and execute multi‑channel outreach to secure high‑quality conversations.
  • Prospect into target accounts, identify and break into priority accounts using a structured, account‑based approach.
  • Execute outbound across email, phone, and Linked In through Outreach sequences.
  • Book qualified meetings and demos that translate into pipeline and revenue.
  • Apply ANT (Authority, Need, Timing) qualification across target accounts.
  • Capture clear notes, next steps, and buying context in Salesforce so AEs can partner with AEs to prioritize accounts and refine messaging.
  • Provide marketing with feedback on campaigns, content, and messaging.
  • Track and report on activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
Qualifications
  • Comfortable working from a target account list and hitting activity + SQL targets.
  • Experience prospecting into IT teams or related personas (IT Ops, Help Desk).
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Zoom Info, Chorus, Salesforce, Outreach, Linked In.
  • Experience in a similar mid‑market/commercial segment (200‑1,500 employees).
  • Direct line of sight from your work to pipeline, revenue, and GTM strategy.
  • Willingness to travel to Syncro's office for in‑person interviews (expense paid by Syncro).
Location

Remote‑first. Candidates may work from anywhere; travel may be required for final in‑person interview.
