Choose Your ModelYear‑round, in‑market selling. You live where you sell and build a book of business in the market you live in. Best for reps who want consistency, local roots, and a long‑term career path.
X model: 10 days on, 20 days off. Deploy into high‑demand markets across the country, then go home. You can live anywhere. Best for high earners who want intensity with real time off in between.
Retail model:
Set appointments inside Lowe's and Home Depot. No door knocking. Work in‑store, generate leads, earn commission on every deal that closes. Best entry point into solar sales.
As a Setter:
Generate appointments through D2D, retail, or field outreach. Route qualified homeowners to closing teams.
As a Closer:
Run in‑home solar consultations, generate leads, run lead appointments, present proposals, handle objections, and close deals.

Compensation- 1099 independent contractor
- Commission-only - no base salary
- Upfront pay on qualified closed deals - setter and closer commissions vary by role
- No cap on earnings
